Ingo is a co-founder of Prestwick Partners and has advised countless clients on a variety of corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments over the course of his career. Prior to Prestwick Partners, he was a senior banker at Greene Holcomb & Fisher and Goldsmith, Agio, Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), both middle-market investment banking firms. He also has worked in commercial banking with Deutsche Bank AG.
Over nearly two decades as an investment banker, Ingo has advised both public and private companies in a broad range of corporate finance transactions and advisory assignments. His transaction experience includes mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, private placements, leveraged buyouts, industry consolidations, joint ventures, and valuations. His past clients range in size from start-up ventures to large multi-national corporations. As a generalist, Ingo has successfully led the completion of transactions in numerous industries, including consumer products, software/IT, specialty chemicals, lifesciences, business services, diversified manufacturing, and industrial distribution.
Ingo received an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BS in business administration from the University of St. Thomas with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
